The Chakra Energy Transmutation and Sublimation is energy healing work based on the ancient yogic principle that ‘energy follows mind’. Even the latest scientific research is proving the same.
The energy centers of the body, also known as chakras in yogic traditions, are spinning vortexes of energy located above the physical body's surface. Each chakra has its own unique quality and frequency and is connected to the spinal cord or Sushumna nadi.
Through this practice, we tap into our life force energy, also known as vital creative energy, which resides in the second or Sacral chakra situated in the lower abdomen.
This energy is the superpower that sustains life, and it lies at the core of every living being. When utilized properly, it has the potential to heal, boost success in one's personal or professional life, enhance creativity, and even deepen one's spiritual journey.
The concept of transmutation involves converting energy from one form to another. In this particular practice, we achieve this by relaxing and opening the nadis, thereby transforming stagnant energy frequencies.
As we replenish the pranic body with recharged vital energy, we shift it from the lower chakras to the upper chakras, or in Western terms, from the abdomen to the brain, thus activating the sublimation process.
Converting energy waves from gross to subtle yields numerous beneficial effects for our body and spirit.
how it works
Pre-session Consultation: 30 minutes Zoom
Session: 2,5 hours massage , and up to 30 minutes resting
The Zoom consultation is for general assessment to go through the process and setting expectations.
The massage session includes a short meditation to synchronize your intentions and motivation.
At first, you go into a deep state of relaxation that is generated from the expansion of the lower chakra energy throughout any particle of your pranic body. Later on, as the nadis channels are opened, the lower transmuted energy is pushed upwards to the higher centres for sublimation.
At the end of the session, you are invited to rest for as long as you like up to 30 minutes for absorbing and integrating the new frequency that has been created.
